This week at The Chapel, we continue our series in the Book of Revelation, “King of Glory,” by turning to 21:1-8. In this breathtaking vision, John begins to see and hear what can be expected for those who are spared from the second death through the redeeming love of Jesus. From the restoration of creation in the new heaven and new earth to the appearing of the new Jerusalem, John (and we!) are swept into an overwhelming flood of fulfilled promises that accompany God’s final dwelling with His people. Join us this week as Pastor Dan reminds of us of how this certain future not only serves as our guide in this uncertain life, but also how this uncertain life serves to prepare us for that eternal weight of glory beyond any and all comparison.
