Nathan Hoch
Pastoral Intern
Nathan was born in Dayton, Ohio, and grew up in Logan, Ohio since he was 2. He lived there until he went off to college at Miami University. He graduated from Miami with a BA in Political Science. He then enlisted in the Marine Corps. Nathan and his wife, Hannah, were married when he was in the Marines, and moved out to Washington state together, that being where he was stationed. They moved back to Ohio after the Marine Corps, and Nathan again attended Miami University where he received his Master’s in Education. He has been working in higher education since, first at Miami, and now at Ohio State. Nathan is a student at Westminster Theological Seminary, and will soon complete his Master of Arts in Theological Studies.
Nathan and Hannah have been married since 2013, and have 5 wonderful children: Adalynn, Lydia, Ella, James, and Theodore. They came to the Granville Chapel in February of 2023, and have been very thankful to call it home since.
Nathan loves spending time with family, reading, hiking, shooting, and has a passion for learning about God through His revealed Word. He would like to be able to teach others about God, and by the grace of God, help them grow in knowledge and love of Who He is.
