This week we continued our series in 1 John by taking a look at 2:3-17. In this passage, John is continuing to explain what it means for a Christian to walk in the light, by focusing on what it looks like when they keep God’s Word. Hearkening back to the words of Jesus recorded in John 13, believers will be confronted with the truth that if they say they have fellowship with God, they will love Him and love one another, just as Jesus Himself has done.
